Northbound:  From 95 North (ME Turnpike) take Exit 52 (Falmouth) to I-295, then Exit 28 (Brunswick) to U.S. Route 1 North until Bath.  Take the exit for Routes 209 and 216 towards Phippsburg.  Do NOT go over the Bath bridge.  Follow 209 and 216 straight to Hermit Island.

Southbound:  From 95 South (ME Turnpike) get onto Rt. 295 at Exit 103 (Gardiner). Take Exit 31 (Topsham) to Route 1 North until Bath.  Take the exit for Routes 209 and 216 towards Phippsburg.  Do NOT go over the Bath bridge.  Follow 209 and 216 straight to Hermit Island.
